Gould, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, Amber Gould and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Amber Gould, whose last known Addresses are Unknown, Danielle Gould and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Danielle Gould, whose last known Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on May 16, 2017, The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to Unizan Bank, National Association, filed its Complaint in Case Number 17CV 1222, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of George F. Gould, Deceased, Amber Gould, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Amber Gould, Danielle Gould And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Danielle Gould, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 246 Broad Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 38-004-0-217.000 (LOT 1007, V/L) and 38-004-0-218.000 (LOT 1006)
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 22nd day of September, 2017.
