DEFENDANTS.

Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Executors, Administrators, Legatees and Devisees if any of Margaret M. Pallante aka Margaret Mary Pallante, deceased, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the August 8, 2016, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case Number 16CV 2111 in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court and that on May 2, 2017 Plaintiff filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 16CV 2111 in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendants have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 3932 S. Schenley, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, and also known as Parcel Number 29-084-0-063.000 of the Auditor's Records of Mahoning County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to the mortgage filed in Book 5562 Page 802, on the 16th day of September, 2005 in the Recorder's Office of Mahoning County, Ohio.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of Default of the Dominic Pallante, deceased in the payment of line of credit agreement according to its tenor, the conditions of mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said line of credit agreement and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgages, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendants named upon are required to answer on or before the 11th day of August, 2017, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.
