Defendants The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses, and Assigns of Mary Patricia Gilmartin-Zena, aka Pat Gilmartin, Deceased, and Unknown Tenants, Occupants, and Land Contract Vendees of 119 Prestwick Dr., Youngstown, OH 44512 whose last known address is 119 Prestwick Dr., Youngstown, OH 44512 will take notice that on May 12, 2017, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed a Complaint alleging that Mary Patricia Gilmartin-Zena aka Pat Gilmartin, deceased, breached a promissory note and mortgage to Plaintiff First National Bank of Pennsylvania and is in default under the terms of the note and mortgage for the property described as follows:
