McCreary, whose last known address is 1074 5th Street, Struthers, OH 44471; Unknown Tenants, Occupants and Land Contract Vendees, if any, whose last known address is 1074 5th Street, Struthers, OH 44471, will take notice that on May 15, 2017, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed a Complaint alleging that Everett McCreary, aka Everett A. McCreary, deceased, breached promissory notes and mortgages to Plaintiff First National Bank of Pennsylvania and is in default under the terms of the notes and mortgages for the property described as follows:
