DEFENDANTS.
The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of David C. Gonda, deceased, you will take notice that on the 13th day of January, 2017, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure, in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No. 17CV 100, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $14,215.80 plus interest at 6.750% per annum from June 1, 2016, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 870 East Avondale Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, being permanent parcel number Parcel No.53-111-0-251.000
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied to law.
Said Defendant is required to answer on or before the 16th day of March, 2017.
