John Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown Successor Trustee of the Margery Stackhouse Johnson Revocable and Living Trust Dated May 20, 1997, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on July 13, 2016, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Cerificates, Series 2007-QS1, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 16CV 1851. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plainitff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
