The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Jimmy G. Burrell, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on September 9, 2016, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2004-BO1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 16CV 2416, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 42 Spring Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471, Permanent Parcel No. 38-007-0-338.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Jimmy G. Burrell is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint with Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 13th day of December, 2016. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Jimmy G. Burrell failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
