The Defendants, James W. Wheatcroft and Unknown Spouse, if any, of James W. Wheatcroft, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on August 16, 2016, the Plaintiff, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in Case No. 16CV 2204, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3425 Sunnybrook Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, Permanent Parcel No. 53-151-0-125.000 ("Real Estate "), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, James W. Wheatcroft and Unknown Spouse, if any, of James W. Wheatcroft are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 22nd day of November, 2016. In the event that the Defendants, James W. Wheatcroft and Unknown Spouse, if any, of James W. Wheatcroft fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plainitff's Complaint.
