To: Unknown Administrator, Executor or Fiduciary, Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouses, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of Estate of Lee Ann Candela-Nutt aka Lee Ann Candela, deceased, whose last known address is unknown you will take notice that on the 31st day of August, 2016, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case No. 16CV 2336, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $58,905.43 plus accrued interest of $1,425.58, plus interest at 4.19% (variable) per annum from January 20, 2016, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street addres of 5411 Willow Crest Avenue, Austintown, Ohio 44515, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number 48-018-0-064.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 16th day of November, 2016.
