DEFENDANTS.

1. The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of Albert P. Morell will take notice that on August 25, 2016, Talmer Bank and Trust, successor by merger to First Place Bank, formerly known as FFY Bank filed a complaint against Albert P. Morell, deceased asking for judgment as follows: on Account One (xxxxxx1395) in the amount due is $45,708.48, plus interest at the rate of 3.64% per annum or $4.23 per day thereafter from August 3, 2016, pus delinquent interest, escrow, and contractual late charges; and on Account Two (xxxxxx0240) in the amount of $6,911.70, plus interest at the rate of 6.75% per annum or $1.21 per day thereafter from August 3, 2016 and also seeking forclosure and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Lot No 7 in South Park Heights Plat No 1, a subdivision of a part of original Boardman Township Great Lot No 24 4th Division as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 47 Page 32 of Mahoning County Records. Said Lot No 7 has a frontage of 65 feet on the southerly side of Mathews Road and extends back between parallel lines 140 feet on the easterly line, 140 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 65 feet, as appears by said plat be the same more or less but subjecct to all legal highways.

2. The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of Albert P. Morell are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice or judgment will be taken aginst them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings, said answer day being the 4th day of November, 2016
