DEFENDANTS.

1. The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of Albert P. Morell will take notice that on September 1, 2016, Talmer Bank and Trust, successor be merger to First Place Bank filed a complaint against Esther Caroline, deceased asking for judgment as follows: on Account Number (xxxxxx0028) in the amount due is $94,877.66, plus interest at the rate of 4.00% per annum or $9.94 per day thereafter from August 10, 2016, plus delinquent interest, escrow, and contractual late charges; and also seeking foreclosure and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, Mahoning County, Ohio and more fully known as Lot #1 or a replat of W. & E. Caroline Plat #2 as recorded in Volume 88, Page 165 of the Mahoning County Record of Plats.

Said Lot #1 has a frontage of 125 feet on the west edge of Ohltown Road and extends west on the north and south boundaries 262.34 feet equally to a rear line of 125.02 feet encompassing therein approximately 0.75 acres more or less.

2. The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of Esther Caroline are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice or judgment will be taken aginst them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings, said answer day being the 4th day of November, 2016
