1. The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of Floyd G. Stephens will take notice that on August 25, 2016, Talmer Bank and Trust, successor by merger to First Place Bank filed a complaint against Floyd G. Stephens, deceased asking for judgment as follows: on Account Number (xxxxx4868) in the amount due is $78,384.48, plus interest at the rate of 6.00% per annum or $11.48 per day thereafter from August 3, 2016, plus delinquent interest, escrow, and contractual late charges and also seeking foreclosure and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio and known as being Unit 43, of the Villas at Falconcrest Condominium, formerly known as Mary Brook Meadows Condominiums, together with undivided interest in and to all common elements of said condominium, as set forth and described in the Declaration and By-Laws, as recorded in Official Records Volume 4532, Page 152, Mahoning County Records, and any amendments thereto, and as further shown by the drawings of said condominium as recorded in Volume 104 of Plats, Page 17, Mahoning County Records.

2. The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of Floyd G.
