Terry Joshua Cody Lightle, whose last known address is 3523 Champlain Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, and 2022 South Heights Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio, but whose addresses other than as set forth are unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on March 31, 2016, Windhorse Holdings, LLP, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint to Forfeit a Land Installment Contract in Youngstown Municipal Court Case No. 2016 CVG 01331Y praying for an Order forfeiting the land installment contract, cancelling the land installment contract, and returning full possession and title to the property to Plaintiff Windhorse Holdings, LLP.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 22nd day of November, 2016.
