Duane L. Watkins, whose last known address is 1213 Idaho Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44515 and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Duane L. Watkins, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice on the 4th day of April, 2016, Wells Fargo Bank NA filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 16CV 997 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 213 Parkgate Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 6002, Page 863, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-012-0-194.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of October, 2016, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
