Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Agne Colletis Koutsoubos aka Agne Colletis aka Agne Elliott whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 23, 2016, a Complaint and on June 20, 2016, an Amended Complaint were filed in the matter of The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio v. Angelo Koutsoubos, et al., Case No 16CV 899 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning Couny, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns of Agne Colletis Koutsoubos aka Agne Colletis aka Agne Elliott, have or claim to have an interet in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Campbell, Count of Mahoning, State of Ohio:

And known as being Campbell City Lot No. 2778 as lots are now numbered in said City and formerly known as Plat Lot No 88 of the A.J. Loftus Plat of lots as recorded in Mahoning County Records of Plats in Volume 9 at Page 34, Mahoning County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
