Albright; and their Unknown Spouses and Creditors; the Unknown Executor, Administrator or Personal Representatives of the Estate of Patricia E. Albright; and the Unknown Spouse of Patricia E. Albright, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on June 22, 2016, American Advisors Group filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 16CV 1666. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregong defendant has or claims to have an interest:
