The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Loenard J. Mayo aka Leonard John Mayo, but whose currect address is unknown, will take notice that on the May 13, 2016, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust N.A. as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, filed its Complaint Case No. 16CV 1344, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 548 Carlotta Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44504, Permanent Parcel No. 53-082-0-164.000, ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Loenard J. Mayo aka Leonard John Mayo is/are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 9th day of August, 2016. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Loenard J. Mayo aka Leonard John Mayo fails to respond in the alloted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
