McFalls; and their Unknown Spouses and Creditors; the Unknown Executor, Administrator or Personal Representative of the Estate of James P. McFalls; and the Unknown Spouse of James P. McFalls, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on April 29, 2016, ZFC Legal Title Trust I, U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 16CV 1220. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
