Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants in the above-named court filing its Complaint on October 28, 2015.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against Defendants. The prayer is that Plainitff be found to have a good and valid first lien on the within described premises in the amount as set forth in the complaint and accrued interest and penalties, if any; that each of the Defendants be required to answer setting up their interest, if any, in said premises, or be forever barred from asserting same; that unless the amount found due the Plainitff be paid within a reasonable time to be named by the Court, the equity of redemption of said Defendants shall be foreclosed and an order of sale issued to the Plainitff for it to be directed to sell said premises as upon execution, and for such other relief as Plaintiff may be entitled.
PARCEL NO. 1: Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Struthers City Lot No. 3189 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, having a frontage of 41.05 feet on the South line of Brandon Street and extending back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 140 feet and having a rear line of 40.65 feet.
PARCEL No. 2: Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Struthers City Lot No. 3190 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, having a frontage of 35 feet on the South line of Brandon Street and extending back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 140 feet.
PARCEL NO. 3: Part of 10th Street as Vacated by the City of Struthers by Ordinance No. 6498 as recorded in Plat Volume 66, Page 13, Mahoning County Records.
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 38-015-0-570.000 and 38-015-0-571.000
PROPERTY LOCATION: 550 Brandon Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for three successive weeks, and the last publication will be made on June 24, 2016.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
