Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Robert F. Aikins, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 3, 2015, a Complaint and on December 14, 2015, an Amended Complaint was filed in the matter of The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Robert F. Aikins, et al. Case No. 15CV 3124 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Robert F. Aikins have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 21019 according to the present numbering of lots in said City, which plat is recorded in Mahoning County, Ohio Records, Volume 16, Page 5.
Said Lot No. 21019 has a frontage of 40 feet on the westerly side of Fernwood Avenue and extends back between parallel lines to the depth of 150 feet.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 38 Fernwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.
The Defendants named above are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication, said answer day being the 20th day of July, 2016.
