DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, Sunnybrooke Acres and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, Pauline A. Ziegler, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on January 28, 2016, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank N.A. Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 16CV 285, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3334 Straley Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, Permanent Parcel No. 32-085-0-166.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interset in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Sunnybrook Acres and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, Pauline A. Ziegler, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 28th day of June, 2016. In the event that the Defendants, Sunnybrooke Acres and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, Pauline A. Ziegler, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plainitff's Complaint.
