Pallo, Deceased, whose last know address is 104 Howard Avenue, Austintown Ohio 44515; Barbie Pallo, as Possible Heir at Law of Edward Pallo, Deceased, whose last known address is 4699 Musket Way, Columbus, Ohio 43228 Paul Pallo, as Possible Heir at Law of Edward Pallo, Deceased, whose last known address is 4699 Musket Way, Columbus, Ohio 43228 and Anna Pallo, as Possible Heir at Law of Edward Pallo, Deceased, whose last known address is 4699 Musket Way, Columbus, Ohio 43228 will take notice that on March 1, 2016, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed a Complaint alleging that Edward Pallo, aka Edward J. Pallo, deceased, breached a promissory note and mortgage to Plaintiff First National Bank of Pennsylvania and is in default under the terms of the note and mortgage for the property described as follows:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 48-029-0-145.000

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 104 Howard Avenue, Austintown, Ohio 44515.

The above named defendants are hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 7th day of June, 2016.
