Britton II, et al., Case No. 16CV 409 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant Unknown Spouse, if any, of Carole M. Morice, has or may claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Lot No. 409 in Westward Ho Plat No. 4 as recorded in Volume 30 of Plats, Page 286, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 62 feet on the north line of Salinas Trail and extends back on its west line 168 feet, having a rear line of 67 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
