To: Mercedes Place Condominium Unit Owners' Association, Inc. you will take notice that on the 5th day of January, 2016, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case No. 16CV 21, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $86,853.89 plus accrued interest of $3,147.50, plus interest at 6.49% (variable) per annum from August 1, 2015, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 3750 Mercedes Place, Unit 4, Canfield, Ohio 44406-9148, being permanent parcel number PPN: 26-059-0-029.040.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been beroken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 11th day of May, 2016.
