1. Defendants, Olympic Oil and Gas Inc and Simco Exploration Corp. will take notice that on November 18, 2015, Talmer Bank and Trust, Successor by merger to First Place Bank, filed a Complaint against Gary M. Hamilton, Individually and as Fiduciary and Heir of the Estate of Jeanne Hamilton asking for judgment as follows: on Account (xxxxxx5859) in the amount due is $52,254.69, plus interest at the rate of 4.00% per annum or $5.51 per day thereafter from November 5, 2015, plus delinquent interest, escrow and contractual late charges; and also seeking foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio:

And known as Lot #86 as the same is shown and numbered as "Glenwood Park Plat #4" recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 43, Mahoning County Records of Plats. Said Lot #86 has a frontage of Sixty (60) feet on the easterly side of Trenholm Rd. and extends back Two-Hundred Thirteen (213) feet and has a rear line of Sixty (60) feet and subject to all legal highways.

2. Defendants, Olympic Oil and Gas Inc. and Simco Exploration Corp, are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after publication of service of this notice or judgment will be taken aginst them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings, said answer day being the 10th day of May, 2016.
