MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO

Case No. 16CV 432
Judge John M. Durkin
PLAINTIFF,
VS.
UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, CREDITORS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, LEGATEES AND DEVISEES IF ANY OF MARY J. RANALLI, ET AL
DEFENDANTS.
Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Creditors, Executors, Administrators, Legatees, and Devisees, if any of Mary J. Ranalli and Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Creditors, Excutors, Administrators, Legatees, and Devisees if any, of Joseph A. Ranalli, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on February 8, 2016, Plaintiff filed a Complaint in Case Number 16CV 432 in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendants have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known 807 Moyer Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, and also known as Parcel Numbers 29-015-0-217.000, 29-015-0-218.000 and 29-015-0-219.000 of the Auditor's Records of Mahoning County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to the mortgage filed in Volume 3173, Page 182, on the 14th day of March, 1997 in the Recorder's Office of Mahoning County, Ohio.
The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of Mary J. Ranalli, deceased and Joseph A. Ranalli, deceased in the payment of promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said notes and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgages, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendants named upon are required to answer on or before the 10th day of May, 2016, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.
