Ortiz (if any), whose last known address is 3437 McCartney Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, will take notice that on September 25, 2015, Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio Case No. 15CV 2562. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
