Bevly aka Corrine Bevly, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 24, 2015, a Complaint was filed in the the matter of THE HOME SAVINGS & LOAN COMPANY OF YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO v. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Corrine Thelma Bevly aka Corrine T. Bevly aka Corrine Bevly et al, Case No. 15CV 3064 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Ohio 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s), Unknown Successor Trustee(s) if any, of the Gobel Revocable Living Trust, Under Agreement Dated July 8, 1996 and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Corrine Thelma Bevly aka Corrine T. Bevly aka Corrine Bevly, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and the State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 37980 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Lot Number 151 in Grace L. Wilkerson et al Plat Number 1, a subdivision of parts of Youngstown City Lot Numbers 1276, 1277, and 1280, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 69, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the Easterly side of Coronado Avenue and extends back of equal width 150 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 2233 Coronado Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504-1308.
