1. Defendants, Robert D. Wilson and Jane Doe, real name unknown, spouse, if any of Robert D. Wilson will take notice that on March 26, 2015, Talmer Bank and Trust, successor by merger to First Place Bank filed a complaint against Robert D. Wilson asking for judgment as follows: on Account One (xxxxxx3011) in the amount due is $48,712.94, plus interest at the rate of 3.125% per annum or $3.90 per day thereafter from March 26, 2015 plus delinquent interest, escrow, and contractual late charges; and on Account Two (xxxxxx6980) in the amount of $7,420.86, plus interest at the rate of 6.50% per annum or $1.32 per day thereafter from March 9, 2015, and also seeking foreclosure of certain mortgages and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Struthers City Lot No. 631 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 36, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the south line of Sexton Street and extends back on its east line 217.10 feet, on its west line 216.20 feet, having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat.

2. Defendants, Robert D. Wilson and Jane Doe, real name unknown, spouse, if any, of Robert D. Wilson are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice, or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings, said answer day being the 12th day of April, 2016
