Alexander aka Patricia Alexander, Name Unknown you will take notice that on the 9th day of December, 2015, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No. 15CV 3163, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $28,982.66 plus accrued interest of $258.07, plus interest of 3.25% (variable) per annum from May 8, 2015, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1721 Silliman Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44509-2450, being permanent parcel number PPN: 53-067-0-344.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in the payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 1st day of April, 2016.
