The Defendants, Dawn Renee Tolley aka Dawn Moreno and the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dawn Renee Tolley aka Dawn Moreno, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on December 7, 2015, the Plaintiff, Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 15CV 3145, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 6803 New Road, Austintown, Ohio 44515, Permanent Parcel No. 48-134-0-001.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Dawn Renee Tolley aka Dawn Moreno and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dawn Renee Tolley aka Dawn Moreno are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 1st day of April, 2016. In the event that the Defendants, Dawn Renee Tolley aka Dawn Moreno and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dawn Renee Tolley aka Dawn Moreno fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
