Larry D. Penrod and Brenda E. Penrod, whose last known address is 9355 12th Street, North Benton, Ohio 44449, whose residence is unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 4th day of February, 2016, Kevin L. Hughes, filed his Complaint to Forfeit a Land Installment Contract in the Mahoning County Court No. 3, Case No. 16 CVG 20 SEB and the object and demand for relief is to forfeit the Land Installment Contract of the subject premises, to wit:

SITUATED IN SMITH TOWNSHIP, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO AND KNOWN AS AND BEING LOT NO. 71.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 9296 12th Street, North Benton, Ohio 44449.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 16-196-0-030

The Defendants are required to answer within Twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of April, 2016.
