Debbie A. Miller, Frances E. Ferguson and Josephine Pollo, addresses unknown, will take notice that on December 22, 2015, KeyBank National Association filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio being Case No. 15 CV 3263.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate, owned by Anthony A. Pollo, to-wit:
PROPERTY LOCATION: 97 Harvey Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 38-013-0-222.000
The complete legal description of the parcel may be obtained from the County Auditor.
The relief demanded in the foreclosure of Plaintiff's mortgage is in the amount of $53,316.68, plus interest at the variable rate of 3.75 percent per annum from May 10, 2015, until paid; judgment for title costs and court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the real estate described in the mortgage be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further, that the Defendants, Debbie A. Miller, Frances E. Ferguson and Josephine Pollo, be required to Answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication being made on the 17th day of February, said answer day being the 16th day of March, 2016.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
