Helen L. Kovach, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouse and Creditors of Helen L. Kovach, Name Unknown, whose last known address is unknown, Raymond R. Kovach and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Raymond R. Kovach, Name Unknown, whose last known address is unknown each of you will take notice that on the 31st day of December, 2015, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case No. 15CV 3309, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $56,787.15 plus accrued interest of $1,925.00, plus interest at 5.14% (variable) per annum from June 10, 2015, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 4095 Crum Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, being Permanent Parcel Numbers:. 48-066-0-004.000, 48-027-0-028.000 and 48-027-0-020.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

The Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 15th day of March, 2016.
