The Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gene M. McCoy aka Gene McCoy, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on October 28, 2015, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, filed its Complaint in Case No. 15CV 2848, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 8477 Salem Unity Road, Salem, Ohio 44460, Permanent Parcel No. 09-017-0-0-58.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gene M. McCoy aka Gene McCoy is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 23rd day of February, 2016. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gene M. McCoy aka Gene McCoy fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
