FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE

VS.
NEAL E. BRUNER, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Neal E. Bruner and Mary Ellen Bruner, whose last known address is 3118 Whittier Court, Poland, Ohio 44514, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or incompetent Heirs of Neal E. Bruner and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or incompetent Heirs of Mary Ellen Bruner, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 8th day of July, 2015, U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Participation Trust filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 15CV 1783 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3118 Whittier Court, Poland, Ohio 44514 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book OR Book 5464, Page 70, of this County Recorder's Office.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 35-022-0-054.000
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of February, 2016, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
