Gregory D. Bauer, Jan Doe 1, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gregory D. Bauer, and Jan Doe 4, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Henry S. Bauer Sr. whose last place of residence was 434 N. Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509; and whose present place of residence is unknown, Bruce T. Bauer and Jan Doe 3, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bruce T. Bauer whose last place of residence was 813 Palmer Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502; and whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice on April 10, 2015, SKW Prep, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 15CV 972 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that Defendants, Gregory D. Bauer, Jan Doe 1, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gregory D. Bauer, Jan Doe 4, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Henry S. Bauer Sr., Bruce T. Bauer and Jan Doe 3, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bruce T. Bauer has or claims to have an interset in the real estate described below:
Parcel No 1:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 34154 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as shown in plat recorded in Volume 17, Page 107, Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot 34154 has a frontage of 40 feet on the west side of Hazelwood Avenue and extends back 125 feet on the north line, 125 feet on the south line and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Parcel No. 2
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 55958 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as shown in plat recorded in Volume 23, Page 115, Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 55958 has a frontage of 50 feet as the west side of Hazelwood Avenue, and extends back between parallel lines 125 feet on the north line, 125 feet on the south line, and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 434 Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of Greogry D. Bauer in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other further relief as is just and equitable.
DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 3RD DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2016.
