The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of James A. Laska will take notice that on December 10, 2015, Talmer Bank and Trust, successor by merger to First Place Bank, f.k.a. FFY Bank and First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown, filed a Complaint against James A. Laska, deceased asking for judgment as follows: on Account One (xxxxxx3146) in the amount due is $22,797.51, plus interest at the rate of 8.25% per annum or $5.04 per day thereafter from November 10, 2015, plus delinquent interest, escrow and contractual late charges; and on Account Two (xxxxxx2827) in the amount of $21,614.98, plus interest at the rate of 6.75% per annum or $3.75 per day thereafter from November 10, 2015 and also seeking foreclosure of certain mortgages and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in Village of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Number Three Hundred Seven (307) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said Village, formerly known as Lot Number 139 of Poland Heights Plat Number 1, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 26, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the north line of Delaware Avenue, and extends back on its east line One Hundred Seventy-three and Sixty-two Hundredths (173.62) feet, and on its west line One Hundred Seventy-three and Sixty-two Hundredths (173.62) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat.

The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of James A. Laska are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings, said answer day being the 2nd day of February, 2016.
