DEFENDANTS.
The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of Tracey L. Singiser will take notice that on December 10, 2015, Talmer Bank and Trust, successor by merger to First Place Bank, filed a Complaint against Tracey L. Singiser, deceased asking for judgment as follows: on Account One (xxxxxx6037) in the amount due is $78,652.63, plus interset at the current rate of 4.00% per annum or $8.31 per day thereafter from November 4, 2015, plus delinquent interest, escrow, and contractual late charges, and also seeking foreclosure of certain mortgages and sale of the real estate described as follows:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot Number Ninety-Six (96) in Fitzgerald Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 28 of Plats, Page 95, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of One Hundred Fifty-six and Nine Tenths (156.9) feet on the north line of Rita Avenue and extends back on its west Two Hundred Nine (209) feet, and on its east line Two Hundred Nine (209) feet, having a rear line of One hundred Fifty-seven and Twenty-three Hundredths (157.23) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

The Unknown Heirs or Devisees, of Tracey L. Singiser are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings, said answer day being the 2nd day of February, 2016.
