Wilson; and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Robert M. Wilson; and the unknown spouse of Robert M. Wilson, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on September 9, 2015, MidFirst Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 15CV 2394.
