The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Thomas E. Simpson aka Thomas Simpson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas E. Simpson aka Thomas Simpson, but whose current address is/are unknown, will take notice that on July 28, 2015, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-5 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-5, filed its complaint in Case No. 15CV 1964, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 132 Robinwood Drive, New Middletown, Ohio 44442, Permanent PArcel No. 03-005-0-029.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interst in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Thomas E. Simpson aka Thomas Simpson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas E. Simpson aka Thomas Simpson are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 27th day of January, 2016. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Thomas E. Simpson aka Thomas Simpson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas E. Simpson aka Thomas Simpson fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plainitff's Complaint.
