Murphy, whose last known address is Unknown, Unknown, All States 99999, will take notice that on the 30th day of July, 2015, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 15CV 1995. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
