The Defendant, Sharry L. Smart, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the December 15, 2014, the Plaintiff, Pacific Union Financial LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 14CV 3213, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1149 Ohltown Road, Austintown, Ohio 44515. Permanent Parcel No.: 48-048-0-002.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Sharry L. Smart is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 10th day of December, 2015. In the event that the Defendant, Sherry L. Smart fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
