John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Shirley Bicanovsky and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of Shirley Bicanovsky; and the unknown spouse of Shirley Bicanovsky, whose last known address is Unknown, Unknown, All States, John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Andrew Bicanovsky and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of Andrew Bicanovsky; and the unknown spouse of Andrew Bicanovsky, whose last known address is Unknown, Unknown, All States, will take notice that on August 28, 2015, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No 15CV 2307. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
