The Defendant, BCD Partnership, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the October 9, 2014, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2004-KS1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 14CV 2552, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4201 Howard St., Youngstown, Ohio 44512, Permanent Parcel No. 53-198-0-134.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, BCD Partnership is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being November 10, 2015. In the event that the Defendant, BCD Partnership fails to respond in the alloted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
