Joseph S. Rodick and Amanda E. Rodick, whose last known place of residence was 474 Alameda Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 2nd day of July, 2015, Mario Rajeewa Terera, filed a Forfeiture of a Land Contract against you in the Youngstown Municipal Court Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 15 CVG 1937Y on the docket of said Court
The following real property:
Situtated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:
Known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-Seven Thousand four Hundred Ninety-Eight (27498) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, formerly Lot No 376 of the Realty Trust Co., et al Plat, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 62, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the North Line of Alameda Avenue and extends back on its west line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet and on its East line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat.
Said property is free and clear from all encumbrances whatsoever except rights, reservations, restrictions, easements, zoning laws, and conditions of record, if any.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 4th day of November, 2015.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
