Sullivan and their Unknown Spouses and Creditors; the Unknown Executor, Administrator, or Personal Representative of John D. Sullivan and the Unknown Spouse of John D. Sullivan, whose last known address is Unknown, Unknown, All States, will take notice that on June 26, 2015 HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of April 1, 2007 SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-NC1 Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-NC1, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 15CV 1704. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate decribed below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
