Defendants, North Star Capital Acquisition LLC C/O Zenith Acquisition Corp., whose Statutory Agents last known address is 220 John Glenn Suite 1, Amherst, NY 14228 and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Shane P. Aten, whose last known address is 1008 Old Harbour Place, Youngstown, OH 44511, will take notice that on March 23, 2015, Talmer Bank & Trust Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 15CV 785, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, North Star Capital Acquisition LLC C/O Zenith Acquisition Corp, and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Shane P. Aten, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 1008 Old Harbour Place, Youngstown, Ohio 44511

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-083-0-074.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 11th day of August, 2015.
