The Defendant, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Melissa A. Romo, whose place of residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 3rd day of February, 2015, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 15CV 316 as numbered upon on the docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $92,445.67, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said Note, with accrued interest from April 30, 2014, in the amount of $4,347.77 and interest accruing at the rate of 6.365% per annum from January 27, 2015, plus costs, upon a certain obligation signed by Geronimo Romo, III and Melissa A. Romo and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot No. 16 in a Replat of Lot Nos. 14, 15 and 16 of The Forest Green Plat No. 1, which Plat is recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 2 and which replat is recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 170 of Mahonig County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
