The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Sandra K. Beach aka Sandra Beach but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on March 4, 2015, the Plaintiff, Selene Finance LP, filed it Complaint in Case No. 15CV 604, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 366 West Pennsylvania Avenue, Sebring, Ohio 44672, Permanent Parcel No. 21-004-0-025.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Sandra K. Beach aka Sandra Beach is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 22nd day of July, 2015. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Sandra K. Beach aka Sandra Beach failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief request in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
